Keith Norman – Lead ServantNormans2015

Keith was born in Elberton, GA in September, 1969.  Keith gave his life to the Lord after moving to Chicago in 1987.  Keith attended Trinity International University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry.  He served as Youth and Worship Pastors at Waukegan Community Church for five years.  He served as Director of Ethnic Diversity at Trinity, and most recently served for nine years as Associate Pastor at BridgePointe Church in Woodstock, GA.

Leigh Fragnoli – Financial Overseer

Attended Chicago Conservatory of Music for a degree in Music Education. Served with the US Navy as a musican, playing tenor sax. Fragnoli-1Married to Sarah Fragnoli for 17 fabulous years and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Currently working in the family business CyCan Industries based in Woodstock, and have been running our own business since 1999. I have over 35 years of experience in the aerosol industry.Our family business is ran by our oldest son, Ryan so I can spend more time on my passion, my cars. I am very excited to be part of the lauch team for the Factory Church and look forward to helping people find Christ through the efforts of our church the other six days.

Shelley Davis – Church Administratordavis

Shelley has served in numerous ministry roles including volunteer coordinator, office manager and business manager. Shelley finds joy in serving others and has served alongside Pastor Keith for 10 years. Shelley is married to Ron, owner of Sivad Business Solutions and they have one daughter, Danielle who is currently living in Flagstaff Arizona.

April Barron – Worship LeaderApril2

April has known she was called to lead others through worship since the age of 11. The daughter of a pastor, she’s ministered in song her entire life it seems. For the past 15 years, she has been leading and developing worship teams to usher God’s people into the presence of God. As a professional vocal musician, she has traveled the US and abroad singing with various professional recording artists and released her first solo project in 2012. While worship and music are her first passion, her heart to serve others extends beyond the music as well. With a powerful testimony as a single mother for the past 21 years, April is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work so that she can extend her reach beyond the four walls of the church and impact the lost through Christ-centered professional counseling services and through speaking the truth of God’s word to the hurting and broken. April has two children, Chris and Joseph, who both are attending college.

Lawanda Crane – Children’s Ministry CoordinatorCraneFallMini-6

LaWanda is a preschool teacher at First Baptist Christian School where she has taught for the last 5 years.  Lawanda has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and has a Master’s degree in education with a concentration on curriculum and instruction.  LaWanda loves teaching and watching her students learn academically, however her joy comes from teaching kids about Jesus.  LaWanda is the mom of 3 children and is excited about the opportunity to teach kids about the God who loves them, and helping them learn how to live and share their faith.

Markus Nielsen – Youth Director

MNielsenOnce upon a time, a European boy traveled to Hawaii and met a southern belle from Georgia. The two became quick friends and sought God in the program they were in, Youth With A Mission. After they returned to their home countries and two years of a long distance relationship, they wed in a Marietta courthouse. The newlyweds love serving at The Factory church in any area needed specifically with the next world leaders: @TheFactoryYouth. They intend to continue pursuing The Lord in whatever country or place He leads. For now, Markus is pursuing a life in ministry while Laura continues her education towards a Journalism degree.
